HOW WE GOT HERE

Something
much bigger.

What began as one little drive-thru has grown into something much bigger—a neighborhood coffee shop, a café, a mobile coffee trailer, events across Oklahoma and beyond, and a team of people who have helped shape Maple & Honey into what it is today.

Through all of that growth, we’ve tried to hold onto the things that mattered from the beginning: quality without pretension, hospitality that feels real, and a company where people actually enjoy showing up.

Heather

The heart behind Maple & Honey.

Heather is the day-to-day heartbeat of Maple & Honey. She leads our people, protects our culture, obsesses over the details, and has an uncanny ability to remember the faces, drinks, and stories behind the people who visit us.

A huge part of what Maple & Honey feels like today comes from Heather’s belief that hospitality is about more than handing someone a great cup of coffee. It’s about making people feel welcome, remembered, and genuinely cared for.

She’s also the reason many of our best ideas actually become reality.

Vince

The builder behind the business.

Vince works mostly behind the scenes—building the business, developing partnerships, creating new opportunities, and figuring out where Maple & Honey goes next.

From new locations and mobile events to equipment, finance, operations, and the occasional wildly ambitious idea, his role is largely about creating the infrastructure and opportunities that allow the people of Maple & Honey to do what they do best.

He’s a veteran, an entrepreneur, and firmly convinced that almost every problem can be solved with enough coffee and a spreadsheet.

BUT MAPLE & HONEY ISN’T JUST US.
